ZÏLON SONIC 2 Invite

Yves Laroche Gallery is presenting a vernissage. Zilon, an artist inspired by rock music and the dark side of Quebec’s joie de vivre, will be showing his new series entitled Sonic 2. The entire gallery space will be dedicated to Zilon’s art, hanging his paintings spanning the past decade.

Exhibition: until November 20.
Vernissage: Wednesday November 2nd, 2005
——-Doors open at 5 PM.
Performance by members of Cirque du Soleil and a Rock performance by the artist himself.
Cost is 10$ (proceeds go to Fondation de la Maison du Parc) and it includes 3 free drinks (I’m assuming they’re alcoholic).

    I went to this. It was really cool. Did you go?
    Cirque part was interesting….
    The art itself inspired me soo much.

    I went to this as well - I particularly enjoyed the guy in the kilt and leather mask who performed crazy feats of aerial acrobatics by winding his arms up some suspended red ribbons and striking bizarre poses 10 feet aboce the audience. It was inspiring to my quest to defy gravity on a more daily basis.
