Shambala is Tibetan food.
Had the Momo’s, pan fried. Momo’s are like Tibetan dumplings, they come fried or steamed. Tibetan foods are influeneced by Chinese and Indian cuisines. Excellent. Subtly flavorfull, not very spicy.
