Our good friend The Awesome Australian, Tim Kelly, has brought us into the eyes and mind of a Montreal local musician known simply as Beaver. An enigmatic performer and story teller reminiscent of my imaginary 4 year old nephew, Beaver has tapped into that smushy place in our chests called ‘the heart’ and convinced us that it is OK to believe in hipster fairy tales.

Montreal’s OldGoldBoutique.com has finally opened for online sales. It’s been a long wait but the shop is up and the selection is interesting. If you’ve ever been curious to understand the inspiration for this unique space these videos that were found on the site’s ‘video’ section might help, but I doubt it.
